Once payment has been received as cleared funds your item(s) will be dispatched within 1 business day for you.

  • Please ensure that all address details including your phone number and email address are correct before completing checkout. On dispatch, your order will be updated with it's tracking number, so you can monitor it's progress whilst in transit.
  • Larger items cannot be shipped via Australia Post due to size or weight constraints, please ensure a physical address has been given as the delivery address. PO Boxes or parcel delivery lockers are not acceptable for certain items.
  • Should there be no-one available to accept the delivery, a card will be left with full details of where & when you will be able to collect your goods. Possibly using a business address would be more convenient should you not be home during the day.
  • When items are sent via courier arranging for a second or subsequent delivery will incur a $10 courier re-delivery fee that you are solely liable for, please call us on 07 3206 4276 to organise this.
    Alternatively you can give us an Authority to Leave the item in a specified location. You accept full responsibility for the delivery in these instances. Please notify us of these instructions as you complete checkout.

Deliveries to remote areas, farms & homesteads, mining camps etc and/or large or heavy items may need to be collected from the courier depot.

We are open from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12pm on Saturday.

If payment for the order is made via PayPal, please confirm with us payment has cleared before arriving to collect your item(s). We do accept cash on pickup as well as having EFTPOS facilities on-site.
